perfect oasis!
flawless pickup smooth check-in early room afternoon pool
the riad arranged a flawless airport pickup for me. a staff member met me and my bags, expertly guiding me through the streets. check-in with gigi was smooth. i was lucky enough to get my room early! i enjoyed the pool in the afternoon to cool down after busy days out.
the metal outdoor furniture in the suite did get quite hot in the sun.

the staff provided great suggestions for lunch and dinner. they happily made bookings. they even gave me a map with local tips, including taxi fares and the best times to visit the square, what a treat! (i felt very special).

The suite had sun loungers and a cabana for shade. the riad provided traditional moroccan tea and snacks upon arrival. a tip envelope for the end of my stay was given to us. There was no pressure to tip.

The riad is very well located, a short walk from major points. the inner courtyard had a lovely setting with trees. i noticed the cleanliness was amazing. the whole riad smelled wonderful. It was good!

beautiful design nice variety sweet touch
I really appreciated the beautiful design with a nice courtyard. breakfast offered a great variety! the reception staff addressed all my needs. yolanda, the manager, let me leave my luggage for days before check-in, how cool is that? plus, i got a bag of fruit and toiletries as a souvenir. It was a sweet touch.
The hot water took a while to kick in, but it really wasn't a big deal. still, it is something that could improve. You should know that before showering!

The staff arranged tours of the medina and atlas mountain villages. airport transfers were also arranged! i thought it was so convenient, everything was taken care of. the front desk staff was gracious and polite. They were always eager to help.

My room was spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. it was excellent! i noticed fresh mojitos prepared in the evenings. Such a nice touch after sightseeing. i loved the oasis of flora and fauna around while enjoying breakfast.

Authentic riad experience
helpful staff welcome breakfast cool dining super clean area
I found the staff helpful. Nawal and Kathleen assisted with seamless check-in. They also provided an unexpected welcome breakfast upon arrival. Hassan and Yasyn served afternoon Moroccan tea in the cool dining area. The riad kept all areas super clean.
The bed linen could be improved. It would be more consistent with the five-star billing.

i stayed in a superior room it had tile flooring. the room also featured air conditioning and a safe. i found a hairdryer available in the bathroom.
